Suddenly everybody is here in Beis Medresh, and nobody's drunk. Nobody stayed in bed, even though their bellies are full. They threw away their leather shoes and are standing on the cold hard ground. Did you ever see anybody like your nation?" And you realize, there's a reason why the Tzadikim connected Reb Leivy Yitzchak Ben Sura Sosha on the holiest day of the year. Because you can always go to that zone where you say "Hashem, I could have done that, but right now I'm doing this. I could have been somewhere else, but right now I'm here." And realize that that itself is enough to bring you to a state of connection to Hashem… Today.
